1. Appointment Booking & Cancellation Policy

We request at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your physiotherapy or shockwave appointment. Late cancellations or unattended appointments may incur a fee to cover clinical preparation time.

2. Medical Consent & Safety

Before beginning any non-invasive technology (Shockwave, Laser, PEMF), our HCPC-registered physiotherapists will discuss treatment contraindications, expected sensations, and obtain your informed written or verbal consent.

3. Accessibility Notice

Lutus Pain Clinic is located on the first floor of Waterloo House, Waterloo Lane, Yeovil BA20 1TF with stair access only. Patients requiring step-free access are advised to contact us prior to booking so we can assist with alternative local signposting.
