No guesswork or endless temporary fixes. We combine medical diagnosis with state-of-the-art non-invasive technologies for permanent resolution.
We listen to your medical history, perform orthopedic and neurological testing, and identify the root cause of your pain.
We initiate high-intensity laser, shockwave, or PEMF therapy immediately during your first visit to quell pain and start cellular repair.
We restore joint kinematics, strengthen stabilizer muscle groups, and correct muscle imbalances with clear, progressive exercise plans.
You graduate with full confidence to return to running, golf, gardening, and work without fear of re-injury or reliance on medication.
Our practitioners combine hospital clinical rigor with modern private technology. Every therapist is fully registered with the Health & Care Professions Council (HCPC).

No GP referral is needed. You can book directly with us online using our Cliniko portal or by phone. If you have previous MRI scans, X-rays, or consultant letters, you are welcome to bring them along to your initial appointment.
Your initial appointment is a thorough 60-minute session. We conduct a full clinical and orthopedic assessment, discuss your history, diagnose the root cause of your pain, and crucially administer your first treatment using our advanced modalities (such as laser or shockwave) on day one.
Our High-Intensity Laser is completely painless and produces a comforting, warm sensation. Shockwave therapy produces pulsing acoustic taps that can cause mild, tolerable discomfort over inflamed tendons, but intensity is always calibrated to your comfort level and lasts only 4–5 minutes.
Lutus Pain Clinic is located on the first floor of Waterloo House with stair access only. If you require step-free or wheelchair access, please let us know when contacting us and we will gladly signpost you to alternative accessible local medical facilities.
Our care packages (£230 for 4 sessions, saving £30; £330 for 6 sessions, saving £60) can combine any of our treatments—including shockwave, laser, PEMF, acupuncture, and manual therapy. Your physiotherapist will tailor each session based on how your body responds.
